Online Application

This application allows you to submit Application for Ship Sanitation Control / Exemption Certificate.

Apply New Certificate
You will need to fill in your ID Number (NRIC or Passport), Birth Date and Business Reg No. / UEN.

Application Form

You will need to fill up the application form. The required information are as follows: 1. Personal particulars 2. Present employer's particulars 3. The vessel particulars (including the gross tonnage) 4. The vessel arrival and departure date/time 5. Expiry date of SSCC/SSCEC 6. Last port and next port of call 7. Location of vessel

Confirmation

The confirmation page contains the information you entered in each step of the online request process. This page gives you the opportunity to confirm that the information you have entered is correct before proceeding to the next step. You can correct the information by clicking the 'Edit Entry' button.

Payment

An acknowledgment screen will be shown if your application and payment have been successfully submitted. A Reference ID will be assigned to your application. Please record down the Reference ID for future references.
